  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be granted for late cancellations or failure to attend the tour.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive for the scheduled tour without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Fiji Tours Transfers

Fiji Tours Transfers reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural events or emergencies
  • Operational requirements or low booking numbers

In such situations, guests will be offered the choice to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.

6. Weather-Related Changes

If a tour cannot proceed due to unfavorable weather, we will attempt to arrange an alternative date for your experience. If rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.

7. Group Bookings

Group, corporate, or large-scale bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the size and type of reservation. Please review your group agreement or contact our team for detailed information.
